Let us add vegetables to our menu today and try this easy and delicious recipe that will tickle your taste buds!
Ingredients:

- Green Chillies 10 to 12
- Potatoes 2 medium cut in sticks
- Baby carrots 5
For Baghar:
- Cumin seed 1tsp
- Aniseed 1tsp
- Fenugreek seeds pinch
- Mustard seeds pinch
- Onion seeds pinch
- Curry leaves a few
For masala:
- Cumin seeds 1tsp
- Coriander seeds 1tsp
- Aniseed 1tsp
All coarsely grounded
- Red chilli powder to taste
- Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
- Onion chopped 1 medium
- Tamarind pulp 4tbsp
- Chopped garlic 2 to 4
- Salt to taste
- Crushed red chilli to taste
Method:
- Add 4tbsp of oil in a wok and then add all the baghar ingredients and fry until fragrant.
- Add all the vegetables and crushed garlic and saute on high heat for few minutes, take them out in a plate.
- In the same wok add chopped onions and saute until light golden.
- Add tamarind pulp, salt, red chilli powder, coarsely grounded masala and crushed red chilli and mix everything well then at the end
- Add vegetables with 2 tbsp water, let it simmer for 5 minutes, serve hot with boiled rice or rotis.
