Recipe by Hira Kashif


6-8 Green or red chillies
Shredded chicken: 1 bowl
Shredded mozzarella cheese:1 bowl
All-purpose flour:1 bowl
2 eggs
Bread crumb:  1 bowl
Oil for frying
Mayonnaise 2 tablespoons
Ketchup 2 tablespoons
Hot sauce: 2/3 drops
Dried basil: 2 pinches

Wash chillies thoroughly and pat dry. Slit the chillies and take out all the seeds. Now stuff chicken and cheese in it. Press gently to close. 
Roll the chillies in the flour to coat them then dip them in eggs and roll them in the breadcrumbs. Do a second coat of eggs and breadcrumbs. Refrigerate before frying so the coating stays on. Heat oil on medium temperature and fry it until golden brown

For the sauce, mix all the ingredients and enjoy!
