Recipe by Samar Shiraz

Ingredients:
3 cups all-purpose flour
2 tsp instant yeast dissolved in 4tbsp warm milk with a pinch of sugar
4 tbsp oil
3 tbsp yogurt
Warm milk or water as needed
1 tsp salt and sugar

Filling:
1 cup cooked shredded chicken
1/2 cup or as desired mushrooms
2 tbsp flour
Milk as needed
Oil 1 tbsp
Salt, pepper
Oregano as needed
2 tbsp soya sauce
1 tbsp chili sauce
Beaten egg to brush the bread
Spring onions or bell peppers as desired
Mozzarella cheese, as required

Method:
Add activated yeast mixture in flour, add salt sugar yogurt and oil, mix in, slowly add warm milk or water to make a soft dough, cover it and let rest until doubled in size.
For filling, add oil in a pan and stir in chicken, mushrooms and your choice of veggies, season it with soy and chili sauce, add flour, and mix continuously, cooking until its rawness goes away, slowly add milk and stir until mixture gets nice n creamy, remove from heat.

Roll the dough into a big rectangular shape, place filling in the middle, sprinkle a generous amount of mozzarella cheese, and make slits on both sides and close the slitted edges in criss-cross shapes, it will end up in a fish-shaped bread, let it rest for 30 minutes, then brush with beaten egg and sprinkle oregano on top
Bake it at 375 degrees until golden brown. Enjoy!
