Chia pudding is a healthy and easy breakfast option which only requires two ingredients: milk and chia seeds. Chia seeds are high in antioxidants, omega-3 fatty acids, and fiber. They promote heart, bone, and joint health. The first time I made chia pudding, the main reason I made it was because it is visually pleasing and I wanted to post pictures on my Instagram. I didnt think I would actually enjoy it, but I ended up liking it a lot and I am glad I did because it is a healthier option than many other foods I eat.
Ingredients (one serving)
2 tbsp Chia seeds
1/2 cup Milk
Sweetener of choice (optional)
Fruits of choice (optional)
Recipe
Add chia seeds and milk to a bowl and mix thoroughly (mix in sweetener if desired)
Let it rest for 5 minutes and then mix one more time.
Cover the bowl and put it in the fridge for a minimum of 2 hours.
Take it out of the fridge and serve it with fruits of your choice.
