Muttabukh
Ingredients:

For dough:

1 cup of all-purpose flour
1 beaten egg
Pinch of salt
1 tsp sugar
1 tbsp oil
Milk as needed to make dough

Filling:

chicken mince 500 gms
1tsp ginger garlic paste
1/2 tsp red chiilli powder,

1/2 tsp garam masala,

1/2 tsp black pepper powder,

1tbap sumac powder
2 tbsp oil
1 onion chopped
2 tbsp chopped carrots
2 tbsp parsley
2 tbsp spring onion
Beaten eggs as needed
Sesame seeds as needed
Mozzarella cheese as needed

Method:

Make a soft dough using salt, sugar, beaten egg and milk, cover and let it rest.
For filling take oil in a wok and add onions ginger garlic paste, mince and seasonings, add carrots as well, mix and cook until nicely cooked and there is no moisture, take out and let it cool, add spring onions and chopped parsley add beaten egg in the mixture.

Take a small ball of dough and roll it paper thin then, place 4 tbsp of the mixture and spread to make a rough square, sprinkle some mozzarella cheese on top, then spread beaten egg on all sides of the dough and wrap it in a square shape, spread more beaten eggs on the folded square and sprinkle sesame seeds if you like, cook in the frying pan on medium heat, cook properly while pressing the squares nicely, should get a golden crispy texture from all sides. Serve hot with your favourite sauce.
