Ingredients for Juicy Burgers:
Beef mince 500gm
Salt and pepper to taste
Bread crumbs 1/4 th cup
Garlic and onion powder 1/1 tsp
Parsely flakes dry 1 tsp
Soya sauce 1 tbsp
Chilli sauce 1 tbsp

For caramalized onions, onion rings and sliced mushrooms 1 cup

1/2 cup Mayonnaise mixed with 2tbsp chilli garlic sauce

Butter to spread on the toasted buns

Salad leaves optional

Coleslaw and French fries to serve on side


Mix all the above ingredients in the mince and let it rest for a few minutes, take a pan and add 1 tbsp of oil, add onion rings and sliced mushrooms and sauté until caramalized, season with salt n pepper, then put it aside.
Add some more oil, make fat patties and cook them well on both sides, each side will take 3 minutes, put cheese slices on top of the patty.
Toast buns with butter, spread ketchup and mayo mix on both sides, place patty then onions n mushrooms, salad leaves and top it with the other half of the bun. Serve hot with French fries and coleslaw.
