Boiled and mashed potatoes 1kg
Shredded chicken/ mince cooked 1 cup
Mixed chopped veggies of your choice 1cup
Mozrella cheese 1/2 cup
Instant noodles (cooked) 1/2 cup
Salt and pepper to taste
Chilli flakes to taste
Chicken powder 1tbsp
Soya sauce 1tbsp
Chilli sauce 1 tbsp
Cream cheese or Mayonnaise 1 tbsp
Oil to shallow fry
Beaten eggs
Bread crumbs with sesame seeds as needed


Mix all the above ingredients well and the mixture should be nice and smooth, make your choice of cutlet shape, put them in the fridge for 20 minutes, coat in eggs then in crumbs then shallow fry on both sides until golden.
Serve hot with your choice of sauce.
