Ingredients:
750 gms boneless chicken cubes
1-1 medium-sized tomato and onion( boiled and blended)
12 pieces of cashew blended in a paste
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Yogurt 4 tbsp
Red chilli powder 1 teaspoon
Kashmiri red chilli powder 1 tsp
Garam masala 1/2 tsp
Corriander powder 2 tsp
Cumin powder 1 tsp
Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
Salt n pepper to taste
Cream (optional)
Cilantro, slit green chilies and some qasoori meethi for garnish
Cooking oil 4 tbsp
Method:
Marinate chicken with salt and pepper, and set aside. Pour in oil in a wok, when hot add tomato and onion paste, cook it for a few until the oil separates, add chicken and all the spices and mix in very well then add cashew paste and mix, in the end, stir in a few tablespoons of cream and let it simmer, garnish with cilantro leaves, green chilies and qasoori meethi. Serve hot with naan, roti or rice.
