Recently our team member Beenish Mahmood interviewed Sana Farid from Empower Aces.

Sana Farid is the founder of Empower Aces, a youth development platform based out of Ontario, Canada. Their focus is on helping youth achieve their full potential in schools, in sports and at home. They offer virtual workshops for children, adolescents, and young adults to learn the skills to thrive and compete in highly stressful situations.Their workshops are designed to help children, youth and athletes develop the awareness and acquire the essential tools and skills needed to achieve their goals and ambitions. Focus areas of their core workshops include:

i) understanding and managing emotions;

ii) mindset and its impact on performance in school and in sports;

iii) recognizing and navigating cyber bulling and social media challenges, and much more.

Workshops are customized for different age groups starting from 8-12 years, 13-16, 16-19 and 20+.
